Cancellation Policy

This page explains the distinction between cancelling before digital supply and resolving a problem after access begins.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. Before digital supply begins

If an order has been paid but access or download delivery has not begun, contact support promptly. Where a legal cancellation right applies, the order can be cancelled and refunded according to that right.

2. Immediate supply

For immediate digital delivery, checkout must ask the customer to expressly request supply during any cooling-off period and acknowledge the effect this may have on the right to cancel. A pre-ticked box or hidden term is not sufficient.

3. After access starts

Once digital supply has begun following valid consent and acknowledgement, a simple change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be available. Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content is handled under the Refund and Quality policies and applicable law.

4. Hosted access

Hosted course access continues for the period stated on the product page. A learner may stop using the course at any time, but stopping use does not itself create a refund entitlement. Access may be suspended for serious licence misuse, subject to a fair review.

5. How to request cancellation

Send the order email, product title and a clear statement that cancellation is requested. No special form or elaborate explanation is required. Verified contact details must be published before checkout is enabled.
