1. Controller

Mykhailo Kuzmenko, based in the United Kingdom, is the controller for information collected directly through this independent educational website. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to mykhailokuzmenkoqw@outlook.com or raised by telephone at +44 7395 984742.

2. Information collected

  • Identity and contact details supplied in an enquiry or order, such as name and email address.
  • Order facts such as product, amount, currency, status and payment reference. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not received by this site.
  • Delivery and support records, including access events, messages and the information reasonably needed to resolve a problem.
  • Basic technical and security records that hosting or content systems may produce, such as IP address, browser type and timestamps.

This website does not need passport or identity-document data for ordinary product purchases. Customers should not send such documents unless a lawful, clearly explained need is established.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

Information may be used to answer a requested enquiry, form and perform a contract, deliver the purchased product, provide support, maintain records, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the purpose, the lawful basis may be contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.

4. Processors and transfers

Stripe processes checkout and payment information, Hostinger provides website hosting, and Microsoft provides the Outlook support mailbox. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security arrangements. A delivery service used for a specific product will receive only the information reasonably needed to provide access. Where information is transferred internationally, the provider is expected to use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism.

5. Cookies and analytics

The current static build does not intentionally set advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Essential infrastructure may use necessary security or session technology. Optional analytics must not be enabled until the consent and disclosure requirements are implemented.

6. Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, support, accounting, tax, dispute and security requirements. Access should be restricted, accounts protected and unnecessary copies deleted. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Individual rights

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Identity may be checked proportionately before a request is completed.

8. Complaints and updates

Privacy questions should be sent to mykhailokuzmenkoqw@outlook.com. A person may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable. Material changes will be dated and explained.
