Terms of Sale and Use

These terms explain the educational scope, personal licence, digital delivery, acceptable use and limits of responsibility.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. Provider

The products described on this website are independent digital educational materials by Mykhailo Kuzmenko, based in the United Kingdom. Support is available at mykhailokuzmenkoqw@outlook.com and +44 7395 984742.

This website is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Amazon, Seller Central, FBA, Stripe or any marketplace, software or payment provider mentioned for descriptive purposes.

2. Products

Each product page states its format, intended learner, estimated study time, access period, deliverables, support scope, requirements and limitations. Digital products may include recorded lessons, PDF guides, spreadsheets, templates and practice files.

Descriptions are part of the purchase information. If a material fact changes before fulfilment, the customer will be informed and may choose not to proceed.

3. Educational scope

The materials teach structured approaches to marketplace research and operations. They do not provide managed-account services, commercial recommendations, supplier vetting, legal advice, tax advice, customs advice, product-safety advice, investment advice or a professional compliance assessment.

No sales, revenue, approval, ranking, account, advertising or profit outcome is promised. Marketplace programmes, fees, policies, eligibility, competition and customer demand change.

4. Price and payment

Prices are one-time amounts in United States dollars (USD) for one named learner unless a product page states otherwise. A payment provider may apply currency conversion or bank charges. Any applicable tax will be shown through the configured checkout where required.

An order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation and issuance of the delivery or access instructions. A failed or incomplete checkout does not create an order.

5. Digital delivery and access

Delivery follows the method stated on the product page. Customers are responsible for providing a working email address, compatible software and a reasonable internet connection. Access is personal and may not be transferred.

Planned maintenance, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily interrupt hosted content. Reasonable steps will be taken to restore access.

6. Personal licence

Purchase grants one named learner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied material for personal learning during the stated access period. Downloadable personal reference files may be retained where the product page says so.

Customers must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share credentials, remove rights notices, create a competing library from the materials or use them to train a machine-learning system without written permission.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers must verify current marketplace rules and all real commercial inputs. They are responsible for their own products, claims, intellectual-property rights, suppliers, contracts, accounts, records, taxes, imports, advertising, customer service and professional advice.

8. Problems, remedies and refunds

Access or quality problems should be reported promptly with the order email and a clear description. The first remedy may be replacement files, restored access or correction. Statutory rights are not excluded. The separate Refund, Cancellation and Quality policies form part of these terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to applicable law, responsibility is limited to foreseeable loss caused by failure to provide the purchased digital content with reasonable care and skill. Business decisions and marketplace outcomes remain the customer's responsibility.

10. Disputes and changes

Customers should first raise a concern through the Contact page so it can be addressed directly. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protection, court or jurisdiction rights that apply where the customer lives. Material changes apply prospectively and the version shown at the time of purchase governs that order.
